Greed

Greed is a black substance,
Tugging and pulling
You in an everlasting whirlpool
Full of mystery and suspense.

Many of us are greedy,
If not all
Living in a world
Of unknown strangers.
You, including your thoughts and ideas
Would be secret.

Greed eats away at you,
Until nothing is left.
It becomes a daily routine,
A daily sight to the eye.
The person inside you.
You are nothing,
You are greed.
