How It Feels To Be Good:

You know when you do something right or wrong because you feel it inside you. When you do the right thing, like helping your community you feel like you’ve made a difference. When you do the wrong thing, like bullying other kids you feel guilty. At the beginning of last year, I got a bunch of stop sheets, which you get when you do something wrong. I felt bad, sad and guilty. I decided that I had to do the right thing. I made a plan with my teacher to track my behavior in each period of the school day. After one month my behavior improved and I felt fantastic. I knew what was right and wrong. I just needed help to do the right thing.
